LT/HT Transformer :
Introduction
Saudamni make LT/HT Transformer is a Basic Power Source for Induction Welder, Induction Heating, High frequency Transmission , Radio Station, and many other equipments, which operates on High Voltage System.
The Lt/ Ht transformer is two or three winding device function of the transformer is to setup the line voltage up to the required level.
LT/ HT Transformer is made from High class silicon, cold rolled grain oriented sheet and 99.99% electrolytic copper conductor. The transformer design for high impedance voltage up to 9.5% to protect D.C circuit.
Specification:-
Capacity :- 45 KVA to 800 KVA for 30 KW to 400 KW Induction Welder.
Primary Volt:- 380-400-420 Volt AC 3 Phase 50 Hz. Or 350 volt 400 Volt only for Thyrister Control.
Secondary Volt :- 8.1-8.8 KV or 8.9-9.6 KV or 9.6-10.5 KV for 3 Phase output for 3 Phase Bridge Rectifier. Or 4.0-4.4 KV – or 4.4-4.8 KV or 4.8-5.1 KV AC 6 Phase output for 6 Phase Bridge Rectifier. The Secondary Terminal Brought Out on top of plates and marked for DC Voltage 11KV-12 KV or 12KV-13KV or 13 KV-14KV which is applicable .
The Transformer is Oil/ Forced Water cooled with ½” Copper tube to pass 2.5G.P.M. at 70 Lb/sq” presser fro water cooling & supplied with first filling of oil with following fittings:-
- ½” B.S.P. Socket for thermometer.
- Oil Drain Valve.
- Oil filling Cap.
- Oil Level Indictor.
- Lifting Lugs.
- Uni Directional Wheel.
